#38. Express Your Gratitude-Attitude!

Charlie says, "I've sure gotten old. I've had 2 by-pass surgeries, a hip replacement, new knees. Fought prostate cancer and diabetes. I'm half blind, can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine, take 40 different medications that make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts. Have bouts with dementia. Have poor circulation, hardly feel my hands and feet anymore. Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92. Have lost all my friends. But . . . . Thank God, I still have my driver's license!"

Of course, this is a humorous story. But on the serious side, what are you thankful for? Here is your opportunity to express your sincere appreciation -- for your beloved; family; healings; prosperity; new opportunities; special successes.

It's time to crankup your 'gratitude-attitude' during this Thanksgiving time of year!

I'm grateful for my cat, Snooper, who let's me stay in his beautiful home -- Virgil

I love Thanksgiving!!! I try to express an attitude of gratitude all year, but this time of year it is so easy.

What am I grateful for? Wow, my list is long, but there are two things that stand out. First, I am grateful for good health. I also appreciate and am grateful for the people in my life, family and friends. For all my many blessings, I say Thank You Father!

Make Gratitude your daily practice so that you will have the thankfulness muscle that lets you see the light no matter what life hands you. Today is the best time to start flexing that muscle!
